UEFA and FIFA propose new measures...

With the corona style football back, many leagues are struggling with the options for transfer periods that will need to be pushed back. At a recent video conference, UEFA proposed new measures, including a harmonised transfer period for all member nations and alterations to FFP regulations.

Under the UEFA proposal, all member nations will adopt a transfer window which will close on October 5, while the Financial Fair Play regulations will be eased for the next two seasons, to account for revenue shortfalls. Meanwhile, FIFA announced that they will allow the transfer windows to be open before the current seasons will be finished.

For now, we wait further news, as each federation and association will decide what they shall do with the transfer
